Asgeir Sigurdsson qualified with a dental degree from the University of Iceland in 1988. After a year in general dental practice he moved to North Carolina, USA where he completed his Master of Science degree and Certificate in Endodontics.
From 1992 to 2004 Asgeir was a full time faculty member at the University of North Carolina, serving from 1997 to 2004 as the Graduate Director of the Specialty Program in Endodontics.
Asgeir is registered as a Specialist in Endodontics by the General Dental Council, UK and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontists.
